InTouch Wellness, a life coaching practice, opened last week in Mount Vernon Plaza, according to a press release from the Mount Vernon-Lee Chamber of Commerce.

InTouch Wellness is owned by Dr. Kudirat Proctor. The practice partners with individuals, families, organizations and communities to help them to “put a demand on their potential” by achieving goals through coaching, counseling, personal and family development, according to the Chamber.

Those attending Thursday’s ribbon-cutting included Lee District Supervisor Rodney Lusk, Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation Executive Director Edythe Kelleher and Mount Vernon-Lee Chamber of Commerce Chairman Stanley Koussis.

InTouch Wellness is located in the office space between Michael’s and Old Navy at 7686 Richmond Highway, Suite 111 (see map).
