Robbery: The suspect assaulted a victim in the 7600 block of Richmond Highway around 9:50 a.m. on December 11 and took a phone.

Larceny: 7600 block of Richmond Highway, wallet from vehicle
From Monday’s blotter:
Traffic Pursuit/DWI: Richmond Highway/Sherwood Hall Lane, 12/06/19, 11:41 p.m. A community member reported a reckless driver on southbound Richmond Highway. An officer saw the 2013 Toyota Prius and signaled for the driver to stop. The driver sped away and after a pursuit, officers were able to stop the car. The driver tried to run from the car but was arrested by officers. A 43-year-old Alexandria man was charged with speed to elude, DWI and refusal of blood or breath test.
