From Tuesday’s blotter:

Robbery: On November 9, four men assaulted the victim and stole his wallet around 12:30 p.m. in the 7900 block of Richmond Highway. The suspects were described as black men in their 20s.

Commercial Burglary: Someone broke into the Dunkin Donuts at 1500 Belle View Boulevard on Nov. 9 around 12:50 a.m. and attempted to steal property.
