Why I carry.
“Brown was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, receiving a stolen firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon.”
Isn’t wearing a mask other than for certain purposes like Halloween, trades, or medical conditions illegal here in the Commonwealth? https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title18.2/chapter9/section18.2-422/
Why was that not in the list of charges?
