The Fairfax County Police announced Monday that two men have been arrested in connection with the sexual assault of a girl in May.

Andrew Collins, 22, and Kevin Caldwell, 21, were each arrested by detectives from the FCPD’s Sex Crimes Squad in the past few days.

Collins, who police say has no fixed address, was arrested Sunday around 9:30 p.m. in Fairfax County. Caldwell, who police also said has no fixed address, was arrested Saturday morning around 2:45 p.m. in Arlington. Caldwell is charged with forcible sodomy, while Collins was charged with animate object penetration.

Police say the assault happened May 16 inside the Wingstop located at 8723 Cooper Road (see map). The juvenile victim was assaulted by two men inside of the restaurant, then returned home and reported the incident to her family.
