Where West Potomac’s class of 2019 will be attending college

The 535 members of West Potomac’s class of 2019 received their diplomas Thursday afternoon at George Mason University’s Eagle Bank Arena.

Many of West Potomac’s seniors will now be headed off to 106 different colleges and universities in the fall. The destinations include the Naval Academy, West Point, UCLA and Virginia Tech, where 33 graduating Wolverines are headed — the most of any four-year school on the list.

West Potomac’s seniors were also awarded a combined total of $4,496,595 in scholarship money.
