Police asking for help to locate family of man who died in Huntington

The Fairfax County Police are asking for the public’s help positively identifying a man who died in Huntington on May 4.

Crystian Leonel Avalos Lemus, 26, was found unconscious around 9:15 p.m. outside a restaurant in the 2200 block of Huntington Avenue (see map). Police say he was lying on the ground and not breathing. First responders administered CPR and Lemus was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Lemus had no fixed address according to police, and they have been unable to locate any friends and family.

The medical examiner’s office is still working to determine the cause of death, but detectives don’t suspect foul play.
