Police announced Tuesday that they have arrested two teenagers in connection with a shooting at recording studio on Telegraph Road earlier this year.

James Mark Gibson, 18, of Alexandria, and Cartier Da’Ton Wesley, 19, of Woodbridge, were taken into custody last week, the FCPD said. Each is charged with maliciously shooting into an occupied dwelling, a felony. Both are being held without bond at the Fairfax Adult Detention Center.

According to police, multiple shots were fired near the Midieast Studio on February 12 around 10:30 p.m. A car was seen leaving the scene after the shooting, and police say they found multiple shell casings on the ground.

No injuries were reported in the shooting.

The studio is located at 6404 Telegraph Road in a small commercial strip in the Rose Hill area (see map).
