New Starbucks in Target opening this weekend
The Richmond Highway area’s newest Starbucks, located inside the Target on Beacon Hill, will hold its grand opening on Saturday.
The new Starbucks is part of a major renovation of the Target. Work began in February and is mostly complete now, according to a store manager. Construction inside the store was primarily done overnight to minimize interference with regular operations, the manager said.
In addition to the new Starbucks, the store has a new guest services area, a new beauty department and a new fitting room. New carpet and floor tiles have been installed throughout the store, and the exterior of the building has been repainted, with a new store sign featuring the Target logo.
Note: Target will be closed on Sunday for the Easter holiday.
Just what we needed, ANOTHER Starbuck’s. That makes three within a mile UGH! I will miss the Pizza Hut personal pizza’s – a perfect “snack” after shopping. And I’m sure most parents will miss the kid-friendly options. Something Starbuck’s does not offer. Again – UGH!

You’re at target, they have kid friendly snacks there. Grab something and feed it to your child, most parents NEED coffee to survive those lil hooligans. I love pizza too, but like cmon, coffee is life. I’ve been waiting for this location to have one like many of the others. Plus caffeine can help boost your metabolism and burn fat vs eating pizza and gaining fat. All around, delicious fuel. WELCOME STARBUCKS!
