Three robberies were reported by the Fairfax County Police this past week in the Richmond Highway area, including one at a 7-Eleven on South Kings Highway.

No injuries were reported in the 7-Eleven robbery, which happened around 12:30 a.m. Thursday morning at the store located at 6327 South Kings Highway (see map). Police say a man walked into the store, pulled a handgun and jumped over the counter. He fled after the clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of money.

The same 7-Eleven was robbed at gunpoint in early March.

Another robbery was reported a few hours earlier on Wednesday evening in the Bucknell area. In that case a man walking in the 1900 block of Rollins Road (see map) was pushed to the ground around 8:30 p.m. The assailant pulled a gun out and took the victim’s phone. Police did not say if the victim suffered any injuries.

On Tuesday police reported that a man was robbed early that morning. Police said the victim met two people in the 6800 block of Richmond Highway (see map) after midnight and got in their car. The two assailants drove the victim to a parking lot where they hit him and pulled a knife. After taking money and identification, the suspects drove away.
