GOLFTEC location coming to Belle View

GOLFTEC, a national golf training company, has signed a lease and begun renovating a space in the Belle View Shopping Center.

The GOLFTEC will be located at 1506A Belle View Boulevard (see map), in a 2,250 square foot space between Wine & Design and a cleaners. A Curves was formerly located in the same space.

A representative for GOLFTEC said more information regarding an opening date would be released in the near future.

GOLFTEC was founded in Denver, Colorado in 1995. There are now more than 200 locations in the U.S., Canada, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore, but the Belle View location will only be the second GOLFTEC in Northern Virginia.

According to its website, GOLFTEC works with golfers to improve their swings and fit them with the right clubs through the use video technology and motion sensors.

“At GOLFTEC, we rely on swing fact and not swing opinion,” the company’s website says. “We know the best way to improve at golf is through fact-based instruction using video analysis.”
