Jerry Alan Harbison, 33, is facing a second-degree murder charge in the death of 36-year-old Matthew L. Watson. Harbison turned himself in last night and is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, police said.

Watson died February 27 from injuries suffered in an altercation February 21 in the 6600 block of Tower Drive (see map).
