The Fairfax County Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man they say followed a teenage girl around in a store and then showed an explicit video to her.

Police say the incident happened Sunday afternoon around 5:45 p.m. in the Goodwill located at 6220 Richmond Highway (see map). The man is said to have followed the girl around the store before asking her to help him delete a video from his phone. The man showed the teenager the phone, which was playing a sexually explicit video, police said.

Surveillance camera footage confirmed that the man was following the teenager around the store, police said.

The man is described as being 5 foot 7 inches tall, thin with his head shaved on the sides and short hair on the top. He was wearing a dark blue jacket with a white t-shirt at the time of the incident, and police said that he only spoke in Spanish during the incident.
