Police blotter: Sex offender accused of indecent exposure, peeping
A 28-year-old Alexandria man faces charges of indecent exposure, peeping and sex offender violations after he was allegedly seen masturbating outside a Groveton area home on Saturday.
Police said Monday that Harry Ross was spotted by a resident in front of a home in the 3500 block of Holly Hill Road (see map) around 6:30 p.m. The victim told police she saw a shirtless man through the window committing the act and immediately dialed 911.
Ross was arrested after allegedly running away to a nearby laundry room.
