New spa for kids opens in Hybla Valley

The U.S. Kids Spa (the U and S stand for Unique and Special) in Hybla Valley had its soft opening in October and it’s grand opening this weekend.

The spa at 7910 Andrus Road (see map) is described as “an oasis where girls can be themselves and be pampered. Mothers, Aunts, Grandmothers, and the like can share a special day with their girls with the Mommy and Me Package or your girls and their friends can have a spa day that they will not soon forget,” according to the spa’s website.

Owner Martia Clark is a licensed childcare professional with more than a decade of experience. She opened the spa to help children feel good.

U.S. Kids Spa offers miniature manicures and pedicures, heat-free hair styling and light make-up. The spa also offers birthday parties with different themes, and will be offering paid drop-off services, allowing children to stay for a bit after their appointment. There are also Mommy-and-Me packages available.

The grand opening is this Friday, Nov. 30, through Sunday, Dec. 2. Tours, treats and appointments will be available. All services this weekend are 10 percent off. Email subscribers will receive monthly specials, including free services.
