Affordable housing presentation to be livestreamed on Facebook

Good Shepherd Housing and the Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation are hosting a joint presentation at the South County Government Center this afternoon on affordable housing, and it will be livestreamed via Good Shepherd’s Facebook page for those who can’t attend in person.

The presentation — which takes place from 3 to 5 p.m. in Woodlawn Conference Rooms A/B — will feature Dr. Lisa Sturtevant, a local expert on economic and housing trends, affordable housing needs, and program and policy evaluation. She recently provided support for the development of Fairfax County’s new housing strategic plan, according to the county’s website.
