Pho restaurant coming to Hybla Valley
Pho 777 has signed a lease for the vacant space next to Cosmopolitan Grill at 7770 Richmond Highway.
A new Pho restaurant has signed a lease and begun applying for construction permits to open up for business in the Hybla Valley area.
Pho 777 will be moving into the vacant space formerly occupied by sweetFrog at 7770 Richmond Highway, according to Federal Realty, the company that managers the retail plaza. It’s unclear what the timeframe for opening is; attempts to reach someone from Pho 777 were unsuccessful.
Once open, Pho 777 will be at least the third restaurant in the Richmond Highway area to specialize in Pho. Viet House in the Penn Daw area and the 5 Ten Foodmart in the Mount Zephyr also specialize in the popular Vietnamese soup.
The 7770 building, which is also home to Results Fitness and the Cosmopolitan Grill, will be back at full capacity once Pho 777 moves in. sweetFrog moved out last fall after four years at that location.
I looked up 5 Ten Foodmart after reading this article. I knew about Viet House but never heard of 5 Ten. Interesting variety on their menu, but it gets good reviews. Thanks for putting this on my radar. Cant wait to try Pho 777.
