18 local high schoolers picked for All-Virginia Band, Chorus, and Orchestra

Four members from the Edison High School Chorus, pictured here, were selected for the All-Virginia Chorus.

Students from Edison, Hayfield, Mount Vernon and West Potomac were among 201 musicians and singers from Fairfax County selected to the 2018 All-Virginia Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Chorus, and Orchestra.

The All-Virginia groups will perform Saturday at the Dominion Energy Center for the Performing Arts in Richmond. More information about the event can be found here, and the program can be viewed here.
