Edison’s TAG Day fundraiser is this Saturday

NOTE: Due to weather cancellations, TAG Day is has been tentatively postponed until March 17

Original story: Edison High School is holding its annual TAG Day fundraiser this Saturday, with proceeds going to the Edison Athletic Boosters. 

Student athletes wearing red t-shirts will be collecting donations in area neighborhoods, and volunteers will also be at Grounded Coffee Shop on Telegraph Road (see map).

Donations will go towards scholarships, new equipment, uniforms and maintenance not covered by Fairfax County Public Schools. Edison relies on the booster club to fund items like irrigation systems, lawn mowers, grass seed, privacy screens for the fences and paint for the fields.
