Police blotter: Robbery reported in Sacramento Drive area

A man was robbed at knifepoint in the Sacramento Drive area Thursday night, according to Friday’s police blotter.

The 26-year-old victim was approached by two men around 9:30 p.m. in the 8600 block of Beekman Place (see map). One of the assailants had a knife, and the victim was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money, according to a police spokeswoman.

No injuries were reported, and police say the investigation is ongoing.

The robbery happened in the same block where a pizza delivery man was pepper sprayed and robbed in late December.
