Police blotter: Man trying to sell phone robbed at gunpoint
A man trying to sell a cellphone and accessories was robbed at gunpoint Thursday afternoon in the Hybla Valley area, police said.
The assailant had responded to the victim’s ad online, police said. When the two met in the 7200 block of Harrison Lane (see map), the robber asked to see the phone and then pulled the gun on the victim. He then took the phone and left, police said.
No injuries were reported, and the robbery remains under investigation, police said.
