Two men were arrested Tuesday night after allegedly robbing a man in the Hybla Valley area, according to today’s Fairfax County Police blotter.

Thierno Boiro, 29, and Mohamed Roble, 24, face felony robbery and misdemeanor assault charges after allegedly mugging the victim in a parking lot in the 2900 block of Arlington Drive. Police say the men stole cash and ran off, but were identified by officers a short time later and taken into custody.

Both suspects are being held without bond at the county’s detention center.

Court records show both Roble and Boiro, who each live in the Route 1 area, having extensive arrest records. Roble was convicted of misdemeanor assault in 2015 and has been charged with assault and malicious wounding in separate incidents since then. The charges were dropped in each of those cases.

Boiro has more than 30 arrests for drunk in public since 2014, according to court records.
