Police blotter: Convenience store near Belvoir held up by two armed robbers

The Super Mini Mart convenience store in the 8700 block of Sacramento Drive was held up by two handgun-wielding assailants Tuesday night, according to today’s Fairfax County Police blotter.

The suspects entered the store, located in the Sacramento Center, around 10:30 p.m., according to police. Both men drew their weapons and forced an employee to hand over money, police said. The mask-wearing suspects took off with an undisclosed amount of cash, and fled the scene in an unidentified sedan, police said. No injuries were reported.
