Video: Woman recounts beauty shop robbery in Hybla Valley

A beauty shop in the Mount Vernon Crossroads shopping center in Hybla Valley was robbed Tuesday morning, and among those held at gunpoint during the incident was the 7-year-old daughter of one of the employees.

Nobody was injured in the robbery, which occurred at the Beauty Island located at 7418 Richmond Highway. According to the Fairfax Police, a man entered the store around 11:15 a.m., demanded money and forced two women working in the store and the young girl into a back room before he fled.
