7-Eleven on North Kings Highway

The 7-Eleven at the intersection of North Kings Highway and School Street was robbed July 25.

A local 7-Eleven was robbed early yesterday morning, marking the third time in less than a year that location has been held up.

According to police, a man entered the store at 6138 North Kings Highway around 2 a.m. on July 25, pulled a gun and demanded money. He left with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police. Nobody was injured.

Another store in the same shopping center was also robbed in April.

The most recent 7-Eleven robberies in the corridor were at the 2405 Fairhaven Avenue location. That store got hit twice in the span of five days in early June.
