Police release images of suspect in 7-Eleven robbery attempt

The Fairfax Police Department has released security camera images of suspect taken during an attempted holdup of a 7-Eleven in the Penn Daw area in April.
The incident occurred around 6 a.m. on April 29, when a man entered the store at 6138 North Kings Highway, implied he had a gun and demanded cash, according to the police. He fled the scene in a red, four-door vehicle before getting any money, according to police.
The suspect is described as being an approximately 25-year-old male, 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, a skinny build, and dreadlock-style hair.
