The Route 1 corridor’s only Metro station ranked 31st out of the 91 rail stations in terms of daily ridership last month, according to an article on Greater Greater Washington.
Crunching data provided by WMATA, the site determined the Huntington station had an average of 7,002 daily weekday users in February. The station was the 10th busiest in Virginia, and third among the four end-of-line stops in the state (lower than Vienna and Wiehle-Reston East, but higher than Franconia Springfield).
