Police blotter: Cell phone store burglarized, cash taken

Somebody entered the Boost Mobile store in the Gum Springs Center either Sunday night or early Monday morning and stole cash, according to today’s Fairfax County Police blotter.

The incident happened sometime between 6 p.m. on April 30 and 10 a.m. on May 1. An employee reported the incident to police yesterday after noticing that an undisclosed amount of cash had been taken business, which is located at 7849 Richmond Highway. There was no sign of forced entry, according to police.
