2nd arrest made in November mugging of 58-year-old woman

A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a November robbery of a 58-year-old woman on Frye Road.

Korey Desean Proctor, 23, was arrested and charged with robbery on Jan. 12, according to police. Proctor, along with another man, is accused of robbing the woman after she took money out of an ATM at the Frye Road 7-Eleven the morning on Nov. 18. One of the suspects allegedly grabbed the victim and threw her on the ground while the other suspect allegedly grabbed her wallet. Police said the victim was uninjured in the incident.

According to arrest records, Proctor lives on Pembrook Village Drive, which is less than half a mile from the Frye Road 7-Eleven. 

Proctor was released from jail on bond on Jan. 20, according to Fairfax County General District Court information online. A preliminary hearing for Proctor is scheduled for May 1. He is being represented by Thomas Koerner.

The first suspect in the incident, Ky’ree Tihoe, was arrested at his home on Nov. 21 and charged with robbery. Tihoe, 18, lives on Pondside Terrace in the Woodlawn area, not far from the 7-Eleven. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 1; he is being represented by a public defender.
